By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General
- Vingrace (Vin Grace) is a Delhi-based provider of stairlifts, chair lifts, home elevators, and mobility solutions across India.
- All products and services are subject to availability, site feasibility, and final technical assessment.
- Prices mentioned on the website or during discussions are indicative. The final quote depends on site survey, staircase design, customizations, and prevailing taxes.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude GST (currently 18%) unless explicitly mentioned.
- Installation charges, civil modifications (if any), and transportation are additional and will be clearly mentioned in the final quotation.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or approved digital modes. No cash payments are accepted for safety and compliance reasons.
- 50% advance is usually required to confirm the order. Balance payment is due before or at the time of installation.
- EMI options are available through our finance partners (subject to approval).
3. Site Survey & Installation
- A free site survey is provided to assess feasibility. However, final installation depends on the technical viability of your staircase or home.
- Installation timelines are approximate (usually 2–7 days for straight stairlifts; longer for curved models). Delays due to site conditions, permissions, or force majeure are not the responsibility of Vingrace.
- Minor civil work, if required, is the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
4. Warranty
- Standard warranty on stairlifts is 1–2 years on parts and motor. Extended warranty (up to 5 years) is available at the time of purchase.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include wear & tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
- Battery and consumables have a shorter warranty period (usually 6–12 months).
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is highly recommended for long-term performance.
5. Delivery & Returns
- Once the order is confirmed and advance is paid, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable except in exceptional cases at Vingrace’s sole discretion.
- Custom-made curved stairlifts are non-returnable due to bespoke rail manufacturing.
- Any return or cancellation request must be made in writing within 48 hours of order confirmation.
6. Safety & Usage
- All stairlifts and lifts supplied by Vingrace meet applicable safety standards.
- Users must follow the operating instructions provided at the time of handover.
- Vingrace is not liable for any injury or damage caused by improper use, overloading, or modification of the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Vingrace’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the product or service purchased.
- We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
9. Changes to Terms
- Vingrace reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
